BUYING FROM US:

PAYMENT:  We accept all major credit cards on orders placed from the U.S.  You can also pay with PayPal.  All other countries can order by Cashier's Check or Money Order.  Payments by mail via personal checks take ten (10) working days to clear prior to shipment.

SHIPPING: We ship UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service.  We will use our preferred shipper for orders qualifying for free shipping.

SELLING YOUR GEAR: 

WE ALWAYS PAY CA$H! Please call or email us with info on what you're selling. We need the make, model, condition and dollar amount you're selling it for.

TRADE-INS: Trade-ins are always WELCOME, and work just like CASH! Get in touch with us and we'll give you a quote. Then, just apply trade-in dollars towards your purchase or get paid in cash!

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

WARRANTY: All of our used gear is warranted by us for ninety (90) days. Warranty on NEW items is the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will NOT cover abused or misused items! "Replaceable" parts such as strings, sticks, drumheads, etc., are also NOT warranted.

RETURNS: RETURN shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however, cover shipping costs on items that are defective or misrepresented.  This includes warranty service.  If you have an item that needs to be returned, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of items to notify us of intent to return items. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from our location within ten (10) business days for a credit or refund to be issued.  Any shipping damage claims are the responsibility of the receiving party and must be brought to the attention of the shipper at time of receipt.
